Alan’s first business generated profits for his 1985 investment in Fossil, Inc. and led to serving as Fossil’s CFO for it’s 1993 IPO. Fossil stock sales funded Red Oak Capital and later led to Mr. Moore becoming a shareholder, CFO and the designated Financial and Operations Principal of Windows on WallStreet, Inc. A Dallas native, Mr. Moore CPA, earned his Masters in Accounting and Bachelor in Business Control Systems from the University of North Texas and served on the Business Administration Advisory Board of his alma matter from 2000 to 2005.

Paul spent his early career in manufacturing, transitioning over to the real estate industry in the 1980’s. He has been involved in millions of square feet of commercial development, acquisitions and disposition of properties throughout the Southwest. Paul has deep knowledge and experience in overseeing site selection, contract negotiations, entitlements, as well as the architectural and development process. Paul earned his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jerry has over 25 years of leadership experience, primarily serving as the CFO for public and privately held small to mid-cap businesses. Industries have included technology, manufacturing, retail, franchising, business services, equipment rental and live entertainment services. He has led over 40 M and A transactions along with numerous debt and other capital transactions, including IPO’s.
Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and has a MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Scot has been working in the Dallas area for more than 35 years. Prior work experience includes Senior Tax Accountant, project management, manufacturing, distribution and construction sectors. Scot joined Red Oak Capital in 2012. His duties include asset management, accounting, property management and portfolio analysis. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a business degree.

Now the 650 plus retail wellness/tanning platform manufactures skin care products, equipment and offers franchising opportunities. In 1985, Mr. Moore purchased a twenty-five percent ownership stake and joined Fossil's management team to head up financial and operational areas. Mr. Moore, it's CFO, led Fossil's 1993 IPO and then joined Fossil Europe's startup team from 1993 to 1995. He helped establish and build the platforms that Fossil needed to become a worldwide multi-billion dollar company. Fossil's revenues peaked at over 3 billion and 30 million net income.
